From beginning to final install Eastside Shade &  Awning provided us with a great experience and a top-notch product. Leslie showed us their large assortment of exterior shades and the options of motorized and manual operation. Given the height of our shades (12 feet), we chose the motorized version, but needed to install an outdoor electrical outlet, which they organized for us. Their cost and time estimates for an install was also much better than two other competitors we contacted. Zack and his partner came on their designated time and installed our shades with care and excellence. You can tell that they take pride in their work and were careful with all of the surroundings, and cleaned up everything perfectly when they left. We would definitely use Eastside Awning again for any projects and highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful product at a reasonable price.

Eastside Awning fabricated and installed our new commercial awnings. We were looking for something chic and upscale that complimented our Studio B Portraits brand while also blending beautifully with the the historic downtown Issaquah aesthetic. Zach and his team were great; communication was excellent and timing was exactly as promised.

Extremely professional and customer service oriented throughout the entire process. They came out to provide an estimate and let me hold on to some of the fabric samples so we could see how they looked against the house at different times of day. When I went into their showroom to see the different models of awning frame they clearly explained the differences and helped us make an informed choice given the functionality we sought as well as the aesthetic considerations. When they installed the awning and I later noticed the electrical wire was visible in an unattractive way coming off the roof, they even came back to find a way to hide it along the gutter, without complaint. We got quotes from a couple of other companies and their price was comparable for the same product. A high-quality awning is fairly pricey, but we are confident that we received an excellent awning, installed properly, that will last for years to come. We also feel certain that if we ever experienced any issues, they would come right out to fix them. We love the end result and highly recommend them!

From the bid to the install Eastside Shade and Awning were awesome and very professional. Zach and Wade came out to give us a bid, and what was nice about that, is they were the ones who did the install. One really big thing was they included the electrical work in the bid (all other bids we got did not include electrical).And they use a local company for manufacturing our shades. We love our Solar shades and Eastside Shade and Awning are a really great company. Leslie communicated so well with every aspect of our process. Our shades are fabulous and our house is so much cooler with them. Thank you for making our house more comfortable!!
